These terms and conditions apply to the Paul Saxby Photography National Wedding Photo
Competition 2010.
The competition is open to all couples who are having a wedding in the UK between the
dates of 15th February 2010 and 14th February 2011.
Entrants with weddings after 14th February 2011 may still enter, but their entry will be
carried over to the 2011 competition. Paul Saxby Photography reserves the right to alter
the prize for the 2011 competition.
Entrants are required to purchase a studio portrait session at a cost of £25 and the
completion of the entry form which is on the competition webpage.
Competition winners will receive a basic wedding package worth £1450. The package will
include a pre-Wedding Photo Shoot, 8 Hours of photography on the wedding day and a 20
page digital wedding album including up to 60 images from the wedding.
A second prize voucher worth £500 towards a wedding photography package with Paul
Saxby Photography.
A third prize voucher worth £250 towards a wedding photography package with Paul
Saxby Photography.
Both second and third prize winners require an minimum spend of £1450 before the
voucher can be used. They can use the voucher to purchase extra services, or they can
use the voucher to discount of what they have spent.
All winning entries will include up to 100 miles return mileage from Newark. Extra mileage
will be charged at 42p per mile.
The package does not include accommodation costs. If the wedding is deemed an
unreasonable distance from Newark to travel to and from in one day, then the entrant is
liable for paying for accommodation.
The winners may upgrade their package by purchasing extra services.
The winners pre-wedding shoot must take place at a location within 25 miles of Newark
unless they wish to upgrade their package and pay for the extra mileage.
Winners will be informed as soon as possible after the draw date. A list of the winners will
also be published on the website. www.paulsaxby.co.uk
The prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative will be issued. Judges decision is final.
